To request proof of enrollment you can run an official "Enrollment Verification" report via your MyCSC Student Dashboard:

• Under the "Enrollment" tab, click "Enrollment Verification" from the left-menu
• Choose the information you wish to be included and the term(s)
• Click "View Report"
• Please allow several minutes for processing
• This report can be printed or emailed once it has downloaded

*If you are receiving a scholarship that requires proof of enrollment, please complete the Outside Scholarship Form and select "yes" when asked if CSC needs to send enrollment verification.
